What is Home inspection:

A home inspection is comprehensive inspection of all visible building components that will meet or exceed the Standards and Practices of the Oklahoma Inspectors Licensing Board. Our home inspection evaluates the functions of the following:

H H Inspection uses the Homegauge reporting software, this is the most comprehensive home inspection reporting system available.

Report Availability:

Your printed report will be available immediately following the inspection. We also provide you with online access to your report ( e-report ). You can view or print the report at any time, for your convenience.

When is the Inspection:

We strive to inspect your property within 24-48 hours of your call to our office. Most inspections take 2-3 hours, depending on size, age and style of the property.

Who Should Attend:

We advise our clients to attend the inspection. When you attend, you ask questions and voice any concerns you may have about the property. Your Realtor may want to attend and is always welcome.
